Application:
It’s a hybrid product in terms of use, and can be used in several ways:
  • Use in small quantities on damp skin.
  • Apply all over the body, working upwards from the ankles to the thighs and from the hands to the shoulders.
  • On the stomach, use clockwise circular movements.
  • On the bust, work upwards from the base of the breasts to the chin.
  • Use on dry skin before and after exercise to prepare and relax muscles.
  • Rub into the arch of the foot to relieve congestion if sensation of heaviness.
  • Ideal for refreshing legs, apply to dry skin with an upward massage, followed by a cool shower to decongest and drain.
  • Add 2 capfuls to the bath.
