Upon receipt of your package, please check the condition of the package. If the products contained in the package are defective or damaged, we recommend that you contact Summum Beauty International’s customer service immediately. We must be informed of this type of problem within three days of receiving your package, otherwise we will not be able to accept the return.
Summum Beauté International will accept returns or exchanges (excluding shipping charges) for all products, provided the return date is within 30 days of the invoice date. Returned product must be in the condition in which it was delivered and unused before being accepted for refund. The returned product must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges on the return of the package, as well as any duties and/or taxes on the orders. Any gifts or samples accompanying the purchase must be returned and must not have been used. Returns cannot be accepted if products have been opened or used.
Please return your unused and unopened product by requesting a return authorization number from Customer Service. You must have the original invoice and reason for return so that Summum Beauty International can process your refund as quickly as possible. All return authorizations are valid for a period of 15 business days and we must receive the merchandise within those 15 days. Return shipping and handling charges as well as duties and/or taxes for orders shipped outside of Canada are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded by Summum Beauty International.

Products can be returned to Summum Beauté International using Canada Post, Fedex, UPS, DHL or another shipping service that insures the risk of loss or damage. Once we have received the product and determined that it meets our requirements, we will process your request. No refunds will be issued until the package is received by Summum Beauty International. Please allow up to 15 business days to process your return once we have received it. Please allow two billing periods before your refund appears on your credit card statement.
Tips to avoid duplicate taxes and duties on returned merchandise.
To avoid duplicate taxes and duties on merchandise returned to Canada from abroad, please indicate “returned merchandise” and “no commercial value” on your packing slip. Please also include a copy of the original packing slip on the outside of the original package. On the packing slip, circle the product(s) you are returning and adjust the total shipping amount to show the value of the product(s). Please also check with the shipping company for any other conditions.
